Miles Hayward joins our board of industry experts today, as we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and expand our listed derivatives blocking network.

Miles brings over three decades of expertise in listed derivatives, futures, and options. During more than 18 years as Head of Mako Financial Markets, he built its highly successful sales trading business from the ground up, providing liquidity and sophisticated options solutions for institutional clients. Most recently, as a Business Partner at Mako Group, he established and scaled its global graduate trader and software engineering programmes. His extensive career also includes key derivative sales and broking roles at Salomon Bros. and GNI in both London and Frankfurt.

Miles’s unparalleled understanding of institutional trading, client relations, and market liquidity will be invaluable as we continue to scale the InTick platform, digitise manual workflows, and deliver access to transparent, best-in-class block execution for buy-side and market makers alike.
